Hong Kong Food Expo PRO 2025 | COFE+ Showcases the Future of Coffee Service

At this global stage, COFE+ proudly unveiled its 6th-Generation robot barista Series, comprising six distinct AI-driven models: the Corner robot cafe, Embedded Coffee Cabinet, Mini Countertop Café, Mobile Coffee Kiosk, Outdoor Café (Southern Edition), and Outdoor Café (Northern Edition). Collectively, these innovations redefined the future of coffee robot machine kiosks and unmanned smart coffee shops.

Guided by its vision of “Premium Coffee, Anytime, Anywhere,” COFE+ continues to enhance both hardware and software to meet rising global demand for efficiency and personalization. The 6th-generation AI coffee machines are engineered for 24/7 operations, integrating a multi-language ordering system, compact yet high-capacity design, and AI-enabled beverage customization. For instance, the indoor robot cafe model occupies less than 2.35 square meters, yet can serve 50 to 300+ drink varieties across 7 categories, with the capacity to brew over 300 cups per refill. At the expo, COFE+ also demonstrated its 3D latte art printing technology: visitors placed voice orders, and within a minute, the robot barista produced a cappuccino with a detailed 3D image of the exhibition center printed on its milk foam.

Another highlight of the booth was the strong engagement from international delegations. The Macau Chamber of Commerce explored opportunities to deploy COFE+ robot cafe solutions in high-traffic venues across Macau and other Portuguese-speaking regions, while the India Trade Mission emphasized the scalability and adaptability of coffee robot machines in South Asia’s rapidly expanding retail and hospitality sectors.

Over the four-day exhibition, the COFE+ booth welcomed more than 1,500 visitors. Attendees praised the smart coffee machines for their efficiency, reliability, and customer appeal, noting their potential to address labor shortages while satisfying growing demand for high-quality, on-the-go coffee. Feedback suggested that COFE+ could transform AI coffee machine services across airports, shopping malls, office buildings, and hotels.
